This page used to contain an HTML version of the model; it has been removed for a few reasons:

*I want to maintain consistency when changes occur (substantive changes in version 1.2 extracted from the December 2017 version of the books);

*I wanted to add A4 formatted versions for my European friends (in addition to the US letter versions);

*French and Spanish translations of the books will accompany the English (authoritative) version, this change will make maintenance easier (translations are currently underway and I hope they will be available summer 2018).
